Opunake Primary School students who play basket ball travelled to New Plymouth to watch the Taranaki Mountain-Airs to take on Hawkes Bay. We had a great time supporting our local team, unfortunately Hawkes Bay were too good for the Taranaki lads, but we had a great time.

ReplyDeleteWhat a great experience for yourselves and your school. I liked seeing all the teachers sitting in the stands, it looks like fun. What was with the soundtrack? I think Mr Lodge is showing his age.

It was a fun day for everyone and the game was so close! I think all our epic cheering definitely kept Taranaki in the game!!!
